The Diagnosis and Management of Inherited Immune Deficiency diseases including: Severe Combined Immune Deficiency, Hyper-IgM syndromes, Hyper-IgE syndromes, 22q11.2 deletion syndrome (DiGeorge or VCF Syndrome), Wiskott-Aldrich Syndrome, Chronic Mucocutaneuos Candidiasis, X-linked Agammaglobulinemia, Common Variable Immune deficiency, Smith-Magenis Syndrome related immune deficiency, Complement Deficiency, Chronic Granulomatous Disease, Leukocyte Adhesion Defects, Deficiencies of the Innate Immune System. The Diagnosis and Management of Auto-inflammatory Diseases (periodic fever syndromes) including Familial Mediterranean Fever (FMF), Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor-Associated Periodic Syndrome (TRAPS), Deficiency of the Interleukin-1 Receptor Antagonist (DIRA) and Cryopyrin-Associated Periodic Syndromes (CAPS).
