Radiofrequency ablation of complex arrhythmias with including persistent and long-standing atrial fibrillation, atrial fibrillation and flutter in the setting of structural heart disease (surgically corrected congenital disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, heart failure, prosthetic valves), and epicardial ventricular tachycardia; cardiac resynchronization therapy (biventricular devices).
