Autopsy

The Autopsy Service investigates disease and treatment outcomes by post-mortem study of clinical records and tissues. Its mission is essential to the closing of a patient's record it provides verification of diagnosis and therapy and contributes valuable epidemiological data. Information regarding autopsy requirements or results is provided by the office of the Director of Autopsy Service.
