Pathology

Yale Pathology offers specialized consultation services in surgical pathology, cytopathology, molecular pathology, and autopsy pathology, and provides laboratory services in histopathology, immunohistochemistry, flow cytology, electron microscopy and molecular diagnostics.

The Program for Critical Technologies in molecular medicine, a university-wide facility and shared resource of Yale Cancer Center (YCC), is managed by the department and ensures the application of the latest technology and knowledge to the resolution of medical problems.
